Hand on heart: The biggest challenge for me as an author is to write first and foremost for the reader, for you. My texts are based on my life experiences and that is how I write them. In the first draft. There are many bumpy roads that have to be mastered before the finale. I am all the more excited to now be able to tell you directly about my personal milestones.

START 1

ORIENTATION

I was born in East Berlin in 1981. Before the fall of the Berlin Wall, my family and I moved to West Berlin. From there we moved on to Lower Saxony, where I spent most of my school years in the town of Cloppenburg. Here I completed my first apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. But I wasn't satisfied with that.

ROAD 2

DETERMINATION

Even as a child, sport was an essential part of my life. I could do push-ups pretty well in school, I always twisted my ankle in football, I was better at taekwondo, I really enjoyed basketball, but my great passion was boxing. After I lost 7 kg in 5 days for a fight and collapsed in the ring shortly before having a heart attack, I wanted to do better the next time. So I got better performance from a nutrition book. From then on, I knew: I had to study and do a job that suited me.

ROAD 3

ACTIVATION

After completing my technical college entrance qualification, I studied mechanical engineering in Osnabrück and wanted to become a vocational school teacher. That's how I got into sports. During a lecture in the second semester, my inner voice asked me what I was doing there. After I woke up from this mental bubble, I left the room and never came back. From unemployment to part-time jobs, I managed to fight my way to a wellness center on Norderney. There, at the age of 28, I began my dual degree course to become a health manager. At the beginning of 2010, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree.

ROAD 4

NATURE

This was followed by a number of positions as an employed fitness trainer and nutritionist in the towns of Büdingen and Lingen. At the same time, I scribbled down my fantasies of having my own gym on paper. Without a clear goal in mind, I escaped from everyday life and signed up on an AIDA club ship. Enchanted by the beauty of the sea, I dreamed for the first time of having my own boat. I quickly realized that mass tourism and starvation wages were not for me. I decided on a new, risky and individual path. My own.

ROAD 5

CHANGE

At the end of 2011, I became self-employed as a personal trainer. All I brought with me from AIDA was my will, my passion and my vision. That was all I had. In 13 years, I was able to help several thousand people to become more fit and healthy. My life took on a new order and my career took off. I wrote my first Book about losing weight and founded my own Gym. The one I had scribbled on paper 8 years ago. But pride comes before a fall.

ROAD 6

SOUL

The worldly chaos of 2020 pushed me down from the peak of my professional career. I woke up with my feet on the ground. Shaken awake, I asked myself what the meaning of my life was. Working, earning money and paying bills no longer made sense to me. I received more meaningful answers from my subconscious. By distancing myself from the material world, a door to the spiritual world was opened for me. Extrasensory experiences were able to help me in unusual ways. Since then, I have turned my back on everyday life and am implementing my heart's desires. I live the way I want.

ROAD 7

WONDER

Little by little, the connections between our lives, nature and the mysteries of the universe became clear to me. I learned a new language with which I could fulfill my most cherished dreams. I could explain the causes of my feelings, I recognized my true will reflexively and I could focus my thoughts clearly on my goals. Step by step, visions became plans. Plans were followed by actions. Actions became the henchmen of thoughts. Thoughts became reality.

ROAD 8

POTENTIAL

This allowed me to combine my knowledge and skills from hundreds of books and 42 years of life experience with the treasure compass. Once an employee on a cruise ship, I now sail along the Adriatic as a captain myself. I have fulfilled my dream of being close to nature by buying a forest plot by the sea. From working full-time for others, I now share the time for myself.

GOAL 9

COMPLETION

Out of the golden cage in the circus of everyday life, into the real life of self-development. I shape the meaning of my life according to my true needs. If I can help you to find the true meaning of your life, then I would be happy to inspire you with the treasure compass. To help you to arrive and be happy. To make my contribution to a better world.
